Ikaya Capital acts as a lending partner — formally, a loan facilitator (DSA) — connecting businesses and individuals with banks and NBFCs. We are not a bank or NBFC ourselves, and we do not directly disburse loans.

All loan approvals, terms, interest rates and disbursement decisions are made solely by the lending bank or NBFC. Any estimate provided by Ikaya Capital is indicative only and not a guarantee of approval.

By submitting documents or information to us, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you authorise us to share it with relevant lenders for the purpose of loan assessment.

Ikaya Capital reserves the right to decline to process any application that does not meet basic eligibility criteria or that contains inaccurate information.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR.
